L&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 del m\u00e0rqueting permet anar m\u00e9s lluny en aquest proc\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Tradicionalment, en funci\u00f3 del tipus de producte o servei que oferim, identifiquem el nostre <strong>target<\/strong> , \u00e9s a dir el client objectiu, i segmentem el mercat. Aquesta segmentaci\u00f3 se sol fer per dades <strong>demogr\u00e0fiques<\/strong> (edat, ingressos, grau d&#8217;estudis, nacionalitat, ocupaci\u00f3, etc.), <strong>psicogr\u00e0fiques<\/strong> (actituds, estil de vida, personalitat) o de <strong>comportament<\/strong> (tipus d&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;un producte per exemple). <\/p>\n\n<p>Avui dia hi ha molt m\u00e9s formes de segmentaci\u00f3 basades en dades que obtenim del <strong>comportament<\/strong> <strong>en l\u00ednia<\/strong> dels consumidors:<\/p>\n\n<p>La <strong>segmentaci\u00f3<\/strong> es fa molt <strong>precisa<\/strong> , incloent elements com les <strong>intencions<\/strong> dels consumidors (intenci\u00f3 de compra, de recerca d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 o d&#8217;inspiraci\u00f3\u2026), les seves <strong>interaccions<\/strong> amb una marca (compartint o avaluant una informaci\u00f3 en xarxes socials per exemple), les seves <strong>percepcions<\/strong> d&#8217;una marca (en relaci\u00f3 amb comentaris en l\u00ednia) o el seu <strong>geoposicionament<\/strong> (informaci\u00f3 de localitzaci\u00f3 donada per un dispositiu connectat).<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expectatives dels usuaris<\/h4>\n\n<p>En paral\u00b7lel, els consumidors mai no van ser tan <strong>exigents<\/strong> amb una marca:<\/p>\n\n<p>El punt de partida (potser se&#8217;ns va oblidar en algun moment), \u00e9s que volen ser tractats com <strong>a persones<\/strong> <strong>humanes<\/strong> , no com a n\u00fameros o \u201cIDs\u201d. No s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s un moneder, un prospect a convertir en client. Volen relacions d&#8217; <strong>hum\u00e0 a hum\u00e0<\/strong> , empresa a consumidor, Business to Business (B2B) o Business to Consumer (B2C), com solem raonar.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Volen rebre <strong>inputs<\/strong> de <strong>qualitat<\/strong> , en forma de <a href=\"https:\/\/estrategiamarketing.digital\/ca\/continguts-semantics-i-customer-journey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">continguts d&#8217;alt valor afegit<\/a> que utilitzen el mateix llenguatge que el seu. Aquests inputs s&#8217;han de basar en els seus <strong>problemes<\/strong> , <strong>dubtes<\/strong> , <strong>passions<\/strong> o <strong>intencions<\/strong> en cada moment. <\/p>\n\n<p>Volen respostes <strong>immediates<\/strong> , <strong>personalitzades<\/strong> i <strong>coherents<\/strong> a les seves sol\u00b7licituds, a tots els <strong>canals de comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong> , online i offline. Quants cops hem explicat la mateixa hist\u00f2ria a diferents operadors del servei datenci\u00f3 al client? Quantes vegades hem rebut publicitat en forma de b\u00e0ner d&#8217;un producte que ja hem comprat? L\u00b4organitzaci\u00f3 d\u00b4una empresa no importa: que el m\u00e0rqueting no estigui connectat amb vendes o atenci\u00f3 al client no \u00e9s el problema del client, que vol que <strong>l\u00b4experi\u00e8ncia<\/strong> amb la marca sigui la m\u00e9s fluida possible.     <\/p>\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, el consumidor d&#8217;avui exigeix \u200b\u200ba la marca m\u00e9s que un producte o servei, necessita con\u00e8ixer quins s\u00f3n els seus <strong>valors<\/strong> , quina <strong>visi\u00f3<\/strong> t\u00e9, com es <strong>responsabilitza<\/strong> dels aspectes <strong>socials<\/strong> o <strong>ecol\u00f2gics<\/strong> \u2026 Qu\u00e8 fa l&#8217;empresa de les dades personals i de comportament que li est\u00e0 donant, com se&#8217;n recompensa la <strong>fidelitat<\/strong> ?<\/p>\n\n<p>La marca ha d&#8217; <strong>empatitzar<\/strong> amb el consumidor, per sentir el que sent, i aportar en temps real la resposta adequada a la seva sol\u00b7licitud, d&#8217;una manera \u201c <strong>ultra<\/strong> <strong>personalitzada<\/strong> \u201d. \u00c9s quan parlem de <strong>segmentaci\u00f3 unit\u00e0ria<\/strong> , \u00e9s a dir, formada per un sol consumidor (una utopia per als responsables de m\u00e0rqueting?). <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatitzar la comunicaci\u00f3<\/h4>\n\n<p>Per poder oferir aquest grau de <strong>personalitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> hi ha diverses etapes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Primer cal copsar el m\u00e0xim d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 en forma de dades per part de tots els usuaris.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En segon lloc, hem d&#8217;estructurar aquesta informaci\u00f3. Es fa gr\u00e0cies al <strong>datamining<\/strong> (recopilaci\u00f3 de dades), que ens permet descobrir <strong>patrons<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>comportament<\/strong> a les enormes quantitats de dades rebudes. Per descomptat, com m\u00e9s fi i detallat el patr\u00f3 i m\u00e9s redu\u00eft sigui el segment, m\u00e9s possibilitat de personalitzaci\u00f3.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En tercer lloc, hem de con\u00e8ixer en quina etapa del proc\u00e9s de compra es troba l&#8217;usuari. Permet determinar la seva <strong>intenci\u00f3<\/strong> i les seves <strong>necessitats<\/strong> : pot estar a l&#8217;inici del proc\u00e9s, fent-se preguntes generals o buscant inspiraci\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 podria estar ja decidit a comprar un producte i cercant un prove\u00efdor de manera activa per a una necessitat concreta i immediata.
