What is the international promotion grant?<\/span><\/h2>

These activities can be digital promotion and\/or physical promotion. <\/p>\n

01<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

Who is the target audience?<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]You must first find out if your company is eligible<\/strong> to apply for the grant.<\/p>\n

The aid is aimed at companies with operational headquarters in Catalonia incorporated as a public limited company, limited liability company or cooperative company that meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Turnover over 500,000 euros in the previous year.<\/li>\n
  • Having the company’s website in a foreign language.<\/li>\n
  • Have a current international promotion plan (IPP), prepared as of 2023, containing information on the model.<\/li>\n
  • Not having exceeded the limit of <\/span>300.000\u20ac <\/b>300,000 in <\/span>300,000 in de minimis <\/b>in the previous 3 years.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Companies dedicated to intermediation or distribution are not eligible for this aid, nor are companies in the tourism or cultural sector whose objective is to attract clients to Catalonia.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″]

    02<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

    Apply for assistance<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]In this phase, the online application<\/strong> for assistance and documentation<\/strong> of the project must be submitted:<\/p>\n
      \n
    • Technical report of the project.<\/li>\n
    • Complete and detailed project budget.<\/li>\n
    • Declaration of the aid received in concept of minimums in the last three years.<\/li>\n
    • International promotion plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n

      The aid intensity is 50% of the budget of the <\/strong>omnichannel international promotion<\/strong> <\/span> project <\/strong>(online and offline) up to a maximum of \u20ac30,000.<\/strong> Projects must have a minimum requested expenditure of \u20ac15,000. <\/p>\n

      But don’t worry, we are at your side<\/strong> to create all the documentation… you will only need to spend a couple or three hours, it’s worth it! <\/p>\n

      Once the application is submitted, the file will be reviewed by the program experts within a few weeks. The justification is granted according to evaluation criteria<\/strong> such as whether the degree of investment in digital promotion in relation to the total budget requested, the action plan is aligned with the international promotion plan presented, the export experience of the company…[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner mobile_width=”hide”]

      03<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

      Performing the actions<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]From EMD we will get started as soon as you are ready to concretize the work plan. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

      The following actions and expenses are considered eligible:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Digital promotion expenses such as web and\/or e-commerce development and content creation to access new markets, digital marketing plan actions and international advertising campaigns…<\/li>\n
      2. Physical promotion expenses such as participation in promotional events: fairs, congresses, exhibitions, point-of-sale promotion, tastings, seminars, etc.<\/li>\n
      3. Expenses for the preparation of the report of justification of the aid by a statutory auditor (maximum eligible cost of 1,000 \u20ac).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        04<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

        Supporting Memorandum<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text]The supporting documentation is detailed below:<\/p>\n
          \n
        • A financial report, also containing the report of an auditor registered in the ROAC.<\/li>\n
        • Technical report of the action according to the model available on the ACCI\u00d3 website.<\/li>\n
        • Demonstrative documentation of the actions carried out.<\/li>\n
        • Report justifying the deviations between the justified action and the initially subsidized action (if applicable).<\/li>\n
        • Signed statement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
