What is ACCIÓ?
ACCIÓ is the public agency for business competitiveness of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Its objective is to boost the competitiveness and growth of the business fabric through the promotion of innovation, business internationalization and investment attraction.

What are ACCIÓ Strategy coupons?
The objective of the ACCIÓ Strategy Coupons for industrial companies is to accompany the key people of a company during the process of reflection on the business and innovation model of their organization. They help to define new initiatives in the face of changes that may impact the business.
The grant is 8,000 euros.
The call for ACCIÓ Strategy Coupons will be available from 15 May 2026.

With this, EMD can carry out projects and apply for subsidies for your company in the “ACCIÓ coupons for strategy” program, aimed at reflecting on the business model and innovation of the organization.The “ACCIÓ to Strategy Coupons” aid program is aimed at reflecting on the organization’s business and innovation model.

How does it work and how can you request a coupon?
01
Identify the project
First you must find out if your company is eligible to apply for a coupon. The conditions vary depending on the field, but in any case your company must meet the following conditions:
- To carry out operations from Catalonia, and to be constituted in one of the following legal forms: limited liability company, public limited company, labor company and cooperative company.
- To be an industrial company.
- NOT be a microenterprise.
For Strategy coupons, the services provided by Acció’s assessor are as follows:
- Identify what changes may impact your current business model.
- Identify and/or conceptualize initiatives to be exploited or areas of opportunity to be explored to respond to the changes identified.
- Prioritize the most relevant initiatives or areas of opportunity to ensure future competitiveness.

Request a coupon
In this phase you must create the file to request the coupon:
- Apply online, using standardized forms.
- Provide information about the project.
You can obtain grants of up to €8,000 for the Strategy lines (endowed with €500,000).
But don’t worry, we are at your side to create all the documentation… you will only need to spend a couple or three hours, it’s worth it!
Once the application is submitted, the file will be reviewed by Acció within a few weeks. It all depends on when you submit the documentation, because the files are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. The strategy coupons are granted in “non-competitive competition” mode.
For this reason, it is essential to go (very) fast in the identification of the project and the completion of the file, and we advise you to make the request as soon as possible to avoid running out of budget.

Project realization
From EMD we will get started as soon as you are ready to concretize the work plan and coordinate the work with you and Acció’s experts who will help to evaluate your company’s challenges.
These types of strategic projects involve several people and departments, and are critical to the future of your company. That’s why you have several months to carry them out (until July 30, 2027).
So don’t hesitate: ACCIÓ coupons for business competitiveness are a very powerful tool to grow your business.

Supporting Memorandum
All projects – and in particular those benefiting from public aid – must be finalized with a report justifying the actions carried out and a set of documentation.
