First of all, you must determine whether your company is eligible to apply for a grant. The conditions vary depending on the area, but in any case, your company must meet the following requirements:

• To carry out operations from Catalonia.
• To prove an invoicing of more than 100.000 € in the previous fiscal year.
• Have a website in a foreign language.
• Not having had an International eTrade coupon the previous year.

For eTrade coupons for the internationalization of the company to digital channels, the services can be the following:

• Analysis of the company’s current presence in digital channels.
• Definition of the international digital strategy: objectives, market and target selection, identification of the value proposition, identification of digital channels and phases of the sales cycle.
• Action plan for digital channels and associated budget .

In this phase you have to create thefile to apply for the coupon:

• Make the application online, with the standardized forms.
• Provide information about the project or the international promotion plan (for e-Trade), the technical report… Your project must be coherent to be accepted.

You will be able to obtain a direct grant of €6,000 for the eTrade coupon line (endowed with €1,000,000).

But don’t worry, we are at your side to create all the documentation… you will only need to spend a couple or three hours. It’s worth it!

Once the application is submitted, the file will be reviewed by Action within a period of a few weeks. It all depends on when you submit the documentation, because the files are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. The eTrade vouchers are awarded on a “non-competitive” basis.

It is key to go (very) fast in the identification of the project and the completion of the dossier, because when the budget allocation for each line runs out, for each approved dossier, no subsidy is granted (no matter how solid your project is).

From EMD we will start working as soon as you are ready to finalize the work plan. You have until September 30, 2025 to do it.

Important: most of the work will be done by EMD, keep in mind that you will not have to dedicate many hours to carry out the project.
